This will be the growing part of the reflection. Namely, it will be the source of the various posts and thoughts you will find onward. They will provide a proper place for premises, allowing to determine, focus and publish the different themes that come up to mind.
Today, I was strolling around the city and was thinking about how the chinese begun their stealthy acquisition of minor shares among the Fortune 500 and a question came to mind. I had to ask myself what was to happen with the freemarket once the balance of power would shift toward asia instead of the western countries. Both China and India have their fair share of Freemarket promoters but many internal forces are pulling and pushing to preserve the socialist values, these nations have promoted for the past 50 years (There are major discrepancies between the two systems, India leaning toward a Social Democracy while China, its freemarket enclaves aside, is still under a communist system).
It will be very interesting to witness how these two nations lead the global development in the upcoming years. Here's a nifty article from Forbes published in june 2006, explaining China's industries and giving a very quick overview of its economic system. A good start in your information gathering.

Over the last decade, I've noticed some major changes occuring in western society. Most of which have probably been in technology. Frogleaps in hardware processing and miniaturization have absolutely revolutionalized the different sectors of society;
Point is, it's now vital for individuals to adaptto a certain degree to everything that has been going on around. And when I say around, I mean worldwide. The economy is shifting, the Titan's power balance too, the quality of information is crippled by doubts and mergers. So where to look to find an insight as to where we're headed?
I hope to make this blog a resource upon the large subject of change in our society and help you find sources of information and ideation. Welcome to my block about Major Changes!

- Alot of people could hardly go by without checking their emails at least a few times a day.
- The adventure of travelling abroad is so much easier, thanks to the internet.
- Hollywood would still be spending most of their budgets on real gazoline tanks and firecrackers to lighten up an action movie.
